These are the 2 bugs I found in the game had to restart my game twice

The first one can (at least in Singleplayer) always be fixed by reloading the run - don't even need to restart the whole game. The second one I am not sure about because I can't tell what made you drop below the map, could you give some more information on that?

I was in the bog on noxious sewers and all of the slopes going into the big I went to go up one may not realizing that wasn't one there but a whole in the map and I fall straight through and then it wouldn't even let me TP to the top it will just send me back to the whole and put me back through again
