This relic, once picked up, gives everyone 1-2 extra heart containers, Health, or protection, but it enables friendly fire.

The downside wouldn't work in single player though. Which is required

The game is in general SinglePlayer first. So everything has to work there and might then be transfered into Multiplayer if it works (which isn't always the case)
