Doubles the player’s heart container’s(fully healed) at the cost of loosing a significant amount of damage to both primary and secondary damage

I feel like there aren’t enough items that negatively affect damage as the trade off, so this is a suggestion I have to fix that

Idk I just wanna see relics that punish your damage as most of the downside punish everything besides that
