would the loss be multipliers or percentages
I think the loss would be best as a static value based on the damage you did when you picked it up

Idk I just wanna see relics that punish your damage as most of the downside punish everything besides that
so a percentage of ur dmg then just have that number permanately taken off instead of it slowly scaling as you deal more dmg
