Toxic zombies, toxic slimes, no bats or flies, but there are mutated poison spitters that fire over a larger radius and are harder to kill.
Boss: Mutant (large toxic zombie with a few modifications, like a larger left arm and shorter legs)
ABANDONED CATACOMBS (alt ID)
Walls filled with skulls, cobwebs everywhere, skeletons appear earlier, slimes that slam the floor and cause you to become slower from a certain range. Make it hell. Also a skeleton version of the Lazer crystal would be cool.
Boss: some kind of ghoul
Layer 4:
GLOAMING MINES
Normal gloaming mines
LUMINOUS DEPTHS (alt FL, AC)
Normal luminous depths
RUINED CASTLE (alt AC)
Floating knight armor, possessed sword, slime with some kind of shield, bats that take form of actual brown bats
Boss: forgotten knight, give him a shield to defend against MELEE and ONLY MELEE HITS. Explosions bypass this block. Make him look cool
VENOMOUS WOODS (alt RW)
More vegetative overgrown gatehouse with more traps and high plants to hide the insects and slimes. Add a beetle.
Boss: big beetle or roach idk make it an insect
