When you have any sort of relic that buffs your weapons whatsoever, then your weapon without the buff will be nerfed to the base damage
If you do not have any weapon damage-related relics, then your damage will be nerfed to 1
Basically, if you have weapon damage buffs, your weapon will be nerfed to the default damage- but if you don't, then your damage will be nerfed to 1
Also pls add an indicator to which weapon has the buff🙏
