Evil reflection would be a boss that spawns very rarely in any dungeon. It’s simply a dark reflection of the player. For appearance its appearance would be a blacked out model of the player character with glowing red eyes. It would attack with the knife and sword (similar to the player) Lore wise it could be a traveler that somehow got corrupted or manipulated by the beast.

What if it copied every relic the player has.
Also the room would have to be bigger than the other boss rooms lol
Ideas for attacks:
sword spin: spins around for 2 seconds with the sword
Knife barrage: throws 10 knives in the air that retract back to the doppelganger one by one after all knives has touched the floor.
Hungry: the more the player has eaten in the run, the more likely this attack will be used. The doppelganger will pull out a random piece of food and consume it for a few seconds.
Dark reflection: will start to copy the players movements like a mirror. The only way to damage them is to make a stalagmite fall and it will cancel the attack.
Malevolent mark: depending on the mark the player has, a different attack will be used.
Anarchist/alchemist: the doppelganger will run at the player and will not do any damage when colliding with the player for 5 seconds. When the 5 seconds are up, the doppelganger will explode and damage the doppelganger themselves and the playerif they happen to be next to them.
Innocence mark: spawns several wisps before kneeling down with a shield. The player must kill all wisps to continue
Ascetic mark: will temporarily lower one of the players characteristic until the battle ends (at the start)
Assassin/gluttons mark: spawns 3 enemies.
Berserker mark: criticals do less damage to him.
Gamblers mark: gains a shield and he flips a coin in the middle of the room. If it's heads: he increases his own damage. If tails, he damages himself.
Hagglers/merchant mark: takes 30 gold from the player in exchange for a potato. If the player doesn't have enough, 3 possessed masks spawn
Healers mark: starts healing overtime until hit. Will try to avoid the player until its over.
Knights mark: gains a shield. That's it
Messengers mark: dashes 3 times at the player consecutively
Miners mark: Spawns spikes under the players feet for 10 seconds (like in luminous mines boss)
Penitents/thiefs mark: both the doppelganger and player get a random relic
