Here's my concept really, the relic would be called "death vow" and it looks like a scroll with a signature on it kinda like the "when hit gain five coins" relic. What it does, you can one-shot any boss or enemy but you lose 2 heart containers everytime you use it!

No you can pick any enemy to one shot? Like of you hit that enemy it dies

enemies don’t have enough health to warrant something like this
and the bosses really aren’t that difficult either
maybe it would have a use for speedrunning but that’s still incredibly niche
