New Content in NG+ Runs

After completing the game for the first time, on top of the added difficulty, there are new base upgrades, room layouts, enemies, items, relics, bosses, and weapon pairs that can be unlocked to give players who want to play the game further more to look forward to alongside the already existing content

I feel like the only ones that make sense here are the relics and items, everything else could just be a normal addition
