Hi, so far I have managed to achieve the "mind if we pop in?" and "good luck!" trophies. However, it seems to stop registering trophies after. I had defeated a mimic and discovered secret rooms but did not receive the "errant entrance" and "surprise! teeth!" trophies.

That is very weird, does it fix itself when you re launch the game?

Nope.. list of fixes tried:
-relaunching the game
-cleared cache
-reset database
-uninstall + deleting save files (both console storage + cloud)
-deleting my profile from the ps5

Sadly none of it worked. I have also tried playing other game and the achievements seem to be working fine for other game.
