- wings: could be angle, fairy, demonic, etc. (there are many options but 1 or 2 would be more then enough)
- cape: the cover art guy has it, so why cant we?
- backpack: just a standard adventurer backpack, could have little reference peaking out of the pockets if you wanna have fun with it

The problem with the blindfold is that almost no one would use it during an actual run, as it would be rather annoying.
I have had thoughts before about beating the game completely blindfolded, as there are a lot of systems that can be used to locate where to go without vision, but most people are content with playing the game normally.
One thing I would find cool is an eyepatch as a cosmetic, just without obscuring the player's vision at all.
