Technological Revelation (Insight Unlock, Very Bottom)

I DO NOT KNOW IF THESE ITEMS ALREADY EXIST. IF THEY DO, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
When unlocked, 5 new items can be found in the dungeon; and are as follows:
Microchip Implant: Reveal all chests in the dungeon, but half your current max health.
Nano-Armor: gain 1 protection after completing a floor.
Tactical Maneuvers: temporarily increases evasion for a short time (maybe 3 seconds) after an enemy is defeated.
Firmware Update: Projectile speed, damage and Crit rate all slightly decrease, but the projectile will target the nearest enemy.
Infrared Signal: increases projectile recall speed.
Thinking of adding more to the list, but this is here for now.
