That would require a mechanic for revival in the first place.
How would this work with blue vial? Once you die due to coin loss, and you end up in the negatives due to a large amount of excess damage, what then? The evasion won't save you from negative health
Sure, it works when you don't think too deep, but in reality, this conflicts with a few relics
Plus, it would have to be a single use, or a mark, not a relic.
