It would be tier 3 relic and would need around 40-50 kills to recharge but it would be a super big explosion around 2-3x the size of unstable orb and do an ungodly amount of damage( it’s just better anarchist mark)

wayyyyyyy too long for what it does gluttons mark and anarchists mark would just be a way better choice 40-50 kills for this thief’s mark is better and it’s less.
there are also just way to much marks that just do damage in a big aoe another one would feel dull and boring
