There is probably a decent portion of relics I don't have found Out but know what they are due to not liking the downsides, maybe we could have it unlock when you read the description? Just so you don't actually have to use a relic to unlock it.

I understand the reasoning, but I think it's worth encouraging people to actually pick them up. I have several relics I wrote off, but turned out to be not so bad.
Heck, so relics I've even written off AFTER trying them, but then tried them with some other relic active and turned out to love it.
