so i got a capture card, and i got the audio corrected but the video does not com through right on twitch studio

turn off auto optimized and see what you can change

unsupported cards may not work

you can drag the box corners to the actual corner

so after some fooling around i found out that i needed to change my xbox settings to 720p resolution by 60hz

then i had to change the capture format in twitch studio to 1280x720 by 60fps
