What audio outputs are in the audio mixer?

I don’t remember if you have the option to choose this capture card in the audio mixer or you have to capture twitch studio or default speaker

You’re looking in the wrong place. Audio input is the icon in the bottom left of studio, between the camera and microphone icons

I suggest you check your Windows sound settings. Disable any sound sources that you don’t use.

i did and that was it

i have another question, is there a way to mute the audio going to the headphones but still have the audio for the stream?

I don't know about that. I know you can edit what stream hears through the mixer.

I think if the sound was coming from your streaming PC and your headphones were paired with the source you were capturing, that might work.

Have another pair of headphones and route your unwanted sounds to that.
