My microphone is detected in twitch studio, but the app doesn't hear it at all. When I use another app, I can record myself, but here no sound at all. When I check "permissions and privacy" then "microphone" in W11 settings, twitch studio isnt listed in apps trying to get access.

if you have set it to the default windows mic, then you should be able to use "default mic" from the twitch studio audio settings

my headset have a single jack plug (with both mic and sound) that I plug inside a cable splitter (the thing on the bottom left corner)

Make sure the splitter is in the right port on the PC. Input and output have different 3.5mm plugs. Also, try plugging your splitter into the back of your PC, the front cable going to the motherboard may have gotten unplugged over the years.

windows can use my mic and I see the bar moving when I speak

FIXED ! it was indeed "allow desktop apps to access your microphone"
it was too low in the list i didn't see it

Do you remember turning it off? I believe default is on.
