pc specs and your stream quality settings

stream quality is 1280x720, it auto configs to 4500 bitrate but i drop to 3k 60 frames per sec

its started this in the past week

the only noticable difference i had seen in taskmanagement was Microsoft Edge was enabled on startup and was running processes... I dont use that browser at all, I disabled it from startup did a fresh restart and I havent been disconnected yet
