What do you mean fake viewers? There are always bots in a stream, for various reasons.

I didn't know that. The account names aren't obviously bots, but they should be (I know that's not up to your team, I'm just having a whinge). However, another issue I'm having is that the viewer count will show a single viewer when there is no viewer, but only after an actual viewer has viewed the stream. And I know it's not my account. Once someone has viewed the stream, the viewer count will read "1" when there are no viewers, and will not change when a single viewer joins. Only when multiple viewers are watching the stream does the count change.
