Hiya, my camera is constantly not getting picked up by twitch studio? the camera hub is open and works perfectly fine on there but still on twitch its not picking it up? ive toggled between the camera options and its enabled? anyone else had this. thanks

well, on twitch it has a pop up. where the cam should be saying 'please run camera hub to use elgato virtual camera'

yes and when i use webcam online it’s working but when i try to use it with twitch studio it don’t work anymore even on webcam online

since you are using pro version, have you tried using NDI? You set connection type to NDI in the pro app, then in Twitch Studio you add NDI through Screen Share

on the webcam layer, look on the right side of the app, there are some settings you can change for the webcam. one of them is auto optimize.

Are you using USB or WIFI for that one? I just tried NDI, the app is so buggy that it took me a while (turn phone's wifi on and off) to get it to show up on Twitch Studio.
