I was able to download a software that allows you to have more than one virtual audio outputs, my purpose was to be able to mute and not capture music in my vods and clips. Both audio channels were working doing its purpose: Audio 1 - game audio, Audio 2 - Spotify App. I selected Audio 2 - Spotify app not to be captured in vods and clips with Audio 1 being normal. I was able to use the Twitch Studio streaming normally. After my stream ended I checked my vods and I could still hear au that Audio 2; this might be a bug?

!mixer make sure second track is turned on and the Spotify source is excluded. If you are capturing Desktop Audio, you may want to replace that with the app/game.
