I think a Free Cam would come in pretty clutch later on if any Competitive stuff goes on. If a kill cam is developed perhaps? If IW need's more video tools for advertisements/trailers what not? But most importantly Content Creator's could use it for a myriad of different things. This of course would be suggested for Offline/Local use only. And preferably not used from Console because I know it can be abuseable in particular scenarios.

Well its common knowledge but for this purpose ill cut it short. Just a camera that allows you to move around in the game, to look at thing's. Your fine to ask "what do I mean" next time, "what" is very blunt and commonly used sarcastically to antagonize. If you say "what" to other's you'll see it's a common self defense, that I share. No one takes to it kindly
