The Tropical, pepperoni and pineapple on an American style pizza. I'll give it 6/10. With the sauce it was quite edible.

Homemade white pizza. I have some proper nduja on my pieces (wife is veggie). Mixed with a pretty nice chianti, the sangiovese in this gives an excellent texture against a fat and spicy pizza like this. The score for this one, taste wise, is really up there towards a 10/10. The presentation could be better, but this is a relaxed home made Italian pizza.
I used four cheeses in this one. The bottom one is the Norwegian Jarlsberg, Italians would hate on this of course, but if they where told the cheese is Italian they would love it! Then there is a parmegiano, a mozzarella di bufala and for more flavour I added a "crudo" pecorino, a salty cheese that I also intend to use in my pasta carbonara next week.

Good blend with not too much any one cheese. Ranch sauce for dipping. Would have liked the crust to be a bit more done.

Forgot to take picture before we took a slice each. Half n half veggie and marinated chicken with hot sausage. It'll be 6/10, but it was delivered ready made on the door 😍
