#Unable to equip Engineer Yellow skin for some parts of GSW-MG

I can only equip the Yellow Engineer skin for NSIC 400MM Compact, GSW General Grip and the 80 Round Mag, I cannot equip this skin for other parts. Is this normal?

Can’t use this skin for sight-optical as well
