The fruits of insomnia: a work in progress toolchest to hold my tools neatly for going to the park to work on projects with my wagon. Fits perfectly inside with space along the side for one partial sheet of osb and a backpack/et al up front. Eventually it'll have custom dividers inside to hold tools neatly, a small garbage pail for dust, junk drawer, and stacked drawers or slides for hand tools. Lid to come. Hope to include a stool, maybe a vice (but clamps work), perfect seated worktop height for summer. 1.5hrs planning, 5 hrs building. All hand saw because neighbours were asleep

Not shown is the fact it's held a half inch above the wagon base encase of rain with 2 battens (also helps with concrete floor storage), or that there's a slight offset near the bottom so it nestles inside the rim without movement
GG @unborn sorrel, you just advanced to level 3!
The sides are also slight T's over the offset to allow for additional interlocking strength
Portable tool case with locked in tools wooooo
Added a box for storage and dust bags, trays for above that to come (one base shown), all power tools minus vacuum are secured to the box. Still need to secure hand tools, clamps, accessories (like sideways drill and drill jigsaw), bits. I need to make portable saw stands and chair for the front area of the wagon. Still needs a lid and handles. About 10 hours work so far fiddling and sizing. But this should allow work to be done easier and quicker outside in the summer
