The start of my Halloween costume. The cuffs on the left, along with the garter, came from a Wal-Mart Steampunk theme accessory kit. I plan on removing the gears from both cuffs (already did one), then use the cream fabric to act like straw after dying it a little. The garter I hope to make into a cute choker. Have a couple of ideas for the actual base layers, but this is where I'm at currently. Oh, the brown fabric is to help the cuffs look a little more finished.
