Unlike the other dungeons, Forest Temple is just FLOODED with all of these small cutscenes.
EVERY rock you bomb, there's a cutscene and a fanfare. Every room has at least 1. The dungeon should take you 20-30 minutes with casual play, but it takes what feels like an hour because of all the unnecessary small cutscenes.
When you play the other dungeons, you'll see what I'm talking about with how there's way less of these in them.
The monkeys in particular give too many small cutscenes as well.
And in the hub room, the monkeys can just stay on the ropes for you to jump across. We don't need to see them jump up there and hang EVERY time we want across.

Did you set the option for skip minor CS in seed creation?

Yep. It only helps a small tad.
One of the cutscenes for the Monkeys goes away, which helps. And I think one of the outside windy areas has a skipped cutscene.
But everything else is still there.
It helps with other dungeons quite a but, but Forest Temple in particular is still a huge drag with the small cutscenes.
