Since I started using a Radiomaster Nomad module on my Boxer radio, I noticed every time I arm a quad or plane (betaflight, kiss, and inav) my Boxer calls out "Telemetry lost, telemtry recovered".

Outside of this issue, in flight control and telemetry are functioning flawlessly. This has persisted through several upgrades of elrs and edgetx fw. I'm running the latest elrs and edgetx on everything. I don't believe I have set any weird configs that would cause this. I use model match on all of my aircraft, with 250hz packet rate on the quads, and 100/full on the planes. On my aircraft sport dual rx receivers I set link mode to gemini (some dual band, but mostly 2.4). The singles chip rx's are set to switch. I'm running the stock dual band antennas on the Nomad, and stock antennas on the rx's. Baud rate to the nomad for all models is set to 1.87M (default AFAIK). Telemetry rate for all is set to standard. The rx's involved span a broad range of hardware; rp4td, xr1-4, dbr4, er4-6, and some happymodel rpX series, etc.

Is this expected behavior, caused by a misconfiguration, or possibly a hardware fault on the Nomad or Boxer?

Are you currently on EdgeTX 2.11.3 and ELRS 3.6.2?

Is the Boxer the ELRS version? If so, does the same thing happen when you use the internal module?

Yes, yes, and yes. I'll try with the internal module next (internal is also on 3.6.2).

I am starting to believe this may be an edgetx issue. Wrong channel, but you think using sd logging on edgetx might cause this? I've been running some special functions and logic switches to log elrs telem for every flight for some time now. This didn't happen before... just started the past couple of months (coinciding with my use of the nomad module).

I just posted about this on the edgetx channel as well. I also tested w/ and w/o model match, no change.

I figured it out on my own. The cause was the "SD Logs" special function in edgetx. I had it configured with my arm switch and a 2sec delay. I disabled it and the problem went away.

I have logging also set to activate with my arm switch (in Global Functions) with 1s interval, and isn't getting this Telemetry Lost call outs..
and it's even in the slower X150 rf mode (also with Standard Telem Ratio (1:32).

Yeah the edgetx dev working with me on this suspects it may be a bad sdcard or something. Logs are working fine but I’m not smart enough to know if that matters wrt to this issue.

Also fwiw, this happens on my planes using 100hz full, not just the freestyle quads (which are 250).
