#Need help with Defender 20 Lite ELRS RX

I have a Defender 20 Lite with ELRS RX (UART-based).
Everything worked fine at first — the receiver was bound and connected to my transmitter.
Radiomaster TX16S transmitter running ExpressLRS version 3.3.1.

Then, without any reflashing or any considerable configuration changes, the link just stopped working completely.

I tried to wait for Wi-Fi mode to start, but no Wi-Fi network appeared — even after more than 60 seconds with the transmitter off.

Next, I attempted to reflash the receiver using Betaflight Passthrough via ExpressLRS Configurator, and here is the full log output I got:

======== PASSTHROUGH INIT ========
Trying to initialize /dev/tty.usbmodem0x80000001 @ 420000

Any advice or recovery methods would be much appreciated!

Which receiver do you have? What is the LED on the receiver doing when you try to flash?
