I’m having trouble getting my Meteor 65 with a Flywoo TCXO ELRS EL24E receiver to work. The blue light on the receiver is solid, and I’ve already confirmed that the wiring is correct (rx-tx and tx-rx). The flight controller (FC) only has one usable set of UARTs.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
1. Checked and verified all connections.
2. Tried binding it to my Radiomaster Pocket running ELRS firmware version 3.3.1.
3. Followed a YouTube tutorial about flashing using the configurator with the Betaflight override method. However, Betaflight keeps giving me the error: “Cannot detect RX target, blindly flashing!”

Unfortunately, I don’t have an unbricking device, so I’m not sure what to try next.

  1. is the button on the receiver being pressed during power up, perhaps by the shrink wrap or due to being to tight into the frame?

  2. have you tried disconnecting the tx-rx wires of the receiver from the fc?

  3. has it ever blinked on that particular uart?

  4. what vtx do you have on this drone? dji? analog?

if it's being pressed, then unpress it

oh well I have been pressing it during power up to try and get the configurator to not fail. It still wont do anything without being pressed. Just solid blue

if it's still having solid LEDs despite unpressing and disconnecting the tx-rx wires, better get a uart adapter and reflash through that..

or just swap out the receiver.
