I am trying to convert a Jumper R900 RX to run ELRS. https://www.jumper-b2b.com/jumper-r900-receiver-900mhz-long-range-rx-p0082.html

I was able to flash ELRS successfully via VSCode for the Jumper R900 Mini target. I can bind to my controller and see the leds turn solid green on the RX. Following this guide... https://github.com/ExpressLRS/ExpressLRS/discussions/1114

My issue arises when trying to get any telemetry from betaflight. I have confirmed my FC works and i have working telem with a betaFPV ELRS RX. However, when using the combination of Jumper R900 RX and the FC I cannot get any communication in the Radio tab of betaflight. CRSF protocol, Serial RX, TELEM Enabled.

I have confirmed RX and TX are not flipped and even flipped a few times to double check. My connections from the FC to the Radio are (5V, Gnd, UART RX and UART TX). Connections to TX and RX are on the labeled RX/TX pins of the Jumper R900 from the link below.

Can anyone tell me if im missing something? Is this a betaflight config issue? Or am im not even using the right pins for RX/TX?

Now as there is #998 PWM Servo Output Support available - what about adding support for Jumper R900 (not Mini) receiver? It's inexpensive (~15$) comes with antenna diversity, 8 PWM channels + s...

Buy a supported ELRS receiver

While this seems like a neat idea, we're dropping STM32 support very soon, and no new targets running on STM32 will be accepted; as V-22 suggested, the right move is to purchase supported ELRS hardware.

Thank you for the feedback. Is there a reason why STM32 will not be supported? I realize ESP is cheaper but curious about why
