i trying to update backpack on my vrx steadyview x elrs but for some reason elrs configurator write "connect.........................." 😦

tried to change com ports, tried different cables. have 3 steadyview x elrs and with only one have issue. bought them all at once...

some weird guy in support wrote to me "You will have to rectify with the web3 bowser that should run a fix." how does this work? that looks like thing to steal info about my crypto wallet or so? that something weird to me that i need to use my crypto wallet data to restore some data on vrx elrs module.....
