so it is in wifi mode

take it out of the module bay, reflash it via uart with erase before flash enabled
and make sure you're flashing with the micro target as well as with UART_INVERTED checked

take out the module from the module bay, connect it to usb, let it go into wifi mode, connect and load the webui and post a screenshot of the options tab and the banner from the webui

5.25M is the fastest baud for the tx module and radio handset combination. it facilitates a faster communication between the tx module and the radio..

you do not have to do anything between receiver and tx module... no need to rebind, no need to reflash

probably doesn't make a difference but why is the wifi auto on set to 20 seconds. Set it back to the default 60s

The module you sent is indeed defective, it has a problem on the serial circuit between the Ranger module and motherboard, which means the two cannot talk to each other and therefore does not work
