flash tx16s elrs

hello, I encounter a problem when I want to flash my radio (radiomaster tx16s elrs). When I try to flash my radio on the site or on the expresslrs configurator in version 16.1 or even in older version I cannot flash the radio in version 3.0.0 until the latest version. however I can flash it in version 2.5.2. Does anyone have any ideas please?

is it in wifi mode?

have you connected to the access point?
