It will enter WiFi mode after the timeout if it's not receiving valid CRSF, otherwise you can put it into WiFi mode using the ELRS lua

Yes thanks for this. But its not clear which lua app to use? The only one I use actually is the one at the radio. At the receiver I think I cannot activate one. Thats why I ask. I only want to know how to handle this when trying to setup a headtracker

I think you misunderstood "RX as TX", or I'm not understanding what you are doing

So I would like to setup a headtracker using a arduiono nano like discribed in github but using not Bluetooth as communication between Headtracker and Radio but ELRS instead. So using elrs rx as tx at headtracker and a elrs rx directly at the radio at the free external UART

I believe there are existing projects to do this via the VRX backpack or an ESP module via ESPnow. RX as TX firmware is not the correct thing to use in this case

If there are better solutions I would appriciate links for it if availabe. Thank you

Question: How do I get the correct SW? Do I have to select the Happymodel RX2 RX and later on to select TX? currently I cant find how to do this correctly. Please support
