Hi, first of all I'm totally new to ELRS so bear with me. I've recently purchased a Boxer Elrs for a fixed wing and I plan to use an ER6 receiver with it. I'm getting my head around programming the tx slowly but surely by watching tons of YT vids.

Anyway, one thing I'm struggling with. The current plane I'm preparing has 6 channels, AETR, plus flaps and gear. But it also has a Reflex v2 gyro. I'm planning on using sbus, with the flaps and gear attached via 2 pwn slots on the actual receiver. The mode switch for the Reflex will be connected to chan 5 for a 3 pos switch.

I'm also aware that chan 5 can be made 'proportional' via 16/2 and turning off dynamic (I know it loses some of the arming features) but to confuse me even more, I've also read that sometimes chan 7 is used for the mode switch in more complex setups, is this true?

This means I need 7 channels in total, so how do I configure/remap the channels to accommodate this?

I might be wrong in my grasp of this, but for example, if I plug the gear and flaps into pwm 1 and 2, could I reassign them, to say chan 11 and 12 through the configuration, thus leaving ailerons and elevator on the 'sbus' chan 1 and 2? Is this possible or am I in cloud cuckoo land in my understanding of how all this works.

By the way, you may be thinking, 'Just buy the ER8', but space is extremely tight in the available compartment, the model in question is an FMS 1100mm Zero.

Thanks in advance...

Channel outputs can be mapped in the receivers !webui or using the ELRS lua

Note that channel 5 will still act as the arm switch even if you're using it in full promotional mode, so make sure you are aware of that limitation and how the TX behaves when "disarmed"
