I'll suggest updating to 4.5.0 as that other post.. or flashing the hex file linked in the thread..

Have you flashed the receiver via Betaflight Passthrough?

What is the receiver LED doing when you try to connect?

Eventually it goes into WiFI mode?

Can you show a clear photo of the top of the FC?

Remove the stuff from the FC so you can get a clear photo

Can you see any components missing or damaged? Are there any stra solder blobs or bridged pins?
