matek r24-p6 pwm receiver not binding

I successfully updated firmware to same as my radio but I cannot get it to bind. Wether i set binding phrase in elrs configurator or on the rx server it doesnt stay remembered, or says overridden and doesnt act like my other elrs receivers.

Power cycling and button presses and binding through the lua scripts dont seem to work at all

which target did you flashed into the receiver?

Should be this:
Generic ESP8285 6xPWM 2.4Ghz RX

the Binding Phrase will NOT be shown on the WebUI.. only the equivalent UID bytes..

please post a screenshot/photo of the WebUI options tab from BOTH the tx and rx please
