Is it possible to have Radiomaster T16S with internal elrs module and the external Gemini from betafpv at the transmitter? Of course activating the one Or the other not both at same time. Or are there conflicts possible with the erls lua app?

So f.e at one copter use frame rate D333 and at other model having F1000?

Yes, just set a different receiver ID for each model, on the model setup page on your radio
