#Stuck on Loading... ExpressLRS

I am using a RadioMaster Boxer ExpressLRS/Multi Protocl controller and when I selected SYS, then ExpressLRS, it says Loading... and nothing happens. I've already downloaded elrsV3 onto my controller but still nothing has changed. I've also set the internal RF to crossfire both in the model and in the hardware section in system settings. How can I solve this?

Which version of the radio do you have? Can you show a photo of the sticker on the bottom of the box the radio came in?

Or a photo of the sticker in the battery bay?

This is the 4in1 version, not the ELRS version. You'll need an external module to use this with ELRS, or exchange it for the ELRS version
