Uninstall ELRS Configurator, then reinstall making sure to select "for current user only" when prompted

Do you have the drivers installed for your FTDI adapter?

What does it show up as in device manager?

It should show up under Ports (COM & LPT) if you have the correct drivers installed

Are you selecting COM 3? Do you have any other programs open?

Use a longer binding phrase, do not set RCVR_UART_BAUD unless you are using this with KISS v1

Binding phrase should be at least 8 alphanumeric characters

And no special characters

The problem I have is that I installed this program, https://github.com/ExpressLRS/repartitioner/releases/tag/1.0 which is only for tx. Then the receiver is left with the constant led light. I followed the steps in this link, https://www.expresslrs.org/3.0/quick-start/receivers/matek2400/#flashing-via-uart and it still doesn't work for me.
