after update to elrslua3 on TX16S Expresslrs Stuck on Loading Screen

Description what I done yet.

1. I able to flash my Elrs RX through wifi/USB
   How did I flashed my RX -> I solder RX module and connect to FC then I opened
   Elrs confi.. software set everything properly version[3.0.1], then build got firmware file then [ wifi and other stuff...... ] I put in webpage click on update button. then wait and successfully updated.
2. TX16S then I put erlslua3 on specified folder as they given while I delete old elrs files too and update to new one...
3. as per sir guidance @steady quest I successfully flashed my TX
   how I flashed my TX - firstly I set version to 2.5.1 and then build my firmware file while flashing I got wifi option I put passwd as expresslrs and then as per webpage I put firmware file on it and press update button.. later its flashed properly.. then and now I went to
   Tools -> lua : Expresslrs -> click on -> then appear loading screen -> I did wait for long time still not happen anything..

reasons why the Lua script will be stuck at loading:

1. Model Settings, Internal/External RF aren't set to the right protocol (CRSF), and the other module set to Off (if using internal, external rf should be off; if using external, internal rf should be off)
2. BaudRate setting is too high for the module; start with 400K baud rate, then slowly increase it.. Or start high, then set it one level lower until lua script loads.
3. In case of external modules, the connection to the radio is loose, or jr bay pins are bent.
4. Module is bootlooping due to an incorrect flashing. reflash via USB if available.

if you flashed both receiver and tx module with the same binding phrase, and all's working normally then they will auto bind

a C in the top right corner of the Lua script will indicate tx module and receiver is Connected

LED on receiver will also turn solid upon boot when receiver finally syncs with Tx module

there's a Fan Threshold setting.. it's dependent on the current Power level of the module

e.g. if it's set to 100mW, fan will only start if the tx module is transmitting at 100mW

the internal connection and possibly timing between radio and module doesn't line up perfectly

radio expects Telemetry data at period X but module already sent it or module is a bit late sending it..

that's one reason..

if you're using one of the older radio, and on an external RF module, the inverter being used in the radio is slow..

not really sure why you're having problems on 3.0..

all my radio and modules are in 3.0 and never had any hiccup..

used RC1, RC2 and 3.0.1

the only reason you'll have issues with 3.0 is if you're on an SPI whoop, but even that has already its 3.0-compatible code

biggest issue I'm seeing were users not too keen to follow flashing instructions..

or even FC and radio setup steps..

BLHELI32 - supports it out-of-the-box (newer firmwares, of course)
BLHELI_S - doesn't support it UNLESS you flash the ESC with blueJay (or other esc firmwares like it)

The motor direction will depend on whether it spins in the right direction, when you chose to use props in or props out.
when you've decided to use Props IN, and one or two of the motors aren't spinning correctly, then you will need to reverse those motors..
