Godfall Revelation Watanabe and Vera Same Text Clue

When playing the Godfall Revelation, I noticed that one of the clues for Vera has the same description as Watanabe’s clue.
Vera’s clue called “Entrenching Shovel” matches Watanabe’s “Death of Iron”. I believe that this could be an error as Vera’s clue doesn’t make sense for her.
