My nickname Keusai, the leader of the clan named Collision. My Level was around 80+ when I stopped playing in May or June. When I came back, my account was reduced to level 19 and all my character was lost. I had full electro build (Alpha with skin which I will provide in screenshot, № 21 Feral, and Nanami: Startrail) plus I had almost 20K black cards saved. Please help as quick as posible.

Yes, my account was bind to Google and my server was EU.
One of my friends from clan helped a little and got a screenshot of me still being in clan. I'm still a leader.
I'm trying to redownload the game. Because this is really started being weird to me.
