There is a small bug where if you get a reward in the Passage Of The Past mini tab, the Fresh Dawning tab will also light up, even though there is nothing to claim.

It's not the 2x Serum, it's ANY reward you get from Passage Of The Past.
ANY reward.
Claiming any reward from it though, will also clear the notification dot from both tabs.
But say I got the "Complete 6 Phantom Pain Cage Missions For The First Time" mission done, it'll still light up both tabs till I claim it.
Does that make sense
