FPS Bug

There's a bug after new update, at PC/Laptop players, is anyone else experiencing issues with in game FPS? I set my FPS limit to 60, but it broke the limit and goes up to 144, which matches my monitor's refresh rate. Has anyone else experienced this? I use an Nvidia GPU.
