Dear Kuro Game Developer Team,
I would like to report a bug that I am experiencing in the game Punishing: Gray Raven, which causes me to be unable to claim the rewards from the Hidden Story Chapter 8 mission. This bug seems to be permanent because it does not go away even though I have tried some basic solutions such as restarting the game or device.

Time of occurrence: June 8, 2025
Bug description:
After completing the Hidden Story Chapter 8 mission, I am unable to claim the rewards that should be available. The claim button cannot be clicked or the rewards do not appear at all. I have tried re-completing the chapter, but the bug still occurs and there is no change.
Reproduction steps:

Enter the game Punishing Gray Raven

Open the main Story menu, then select Chapter 8

Complete the mission according to the instructions

After completion, the reward cannot be claimed
Impact:
Not receiving the reward that should be obtained
Interferes with progress and gaming experience
Bugs do not disappear even after re-logging or restarting the game
