need advice about A-rank Banner selector (help)

Lately I've been confused about pulling this patch, is it necessary? Moreover, the card will expire, do I really have to pull it?

context:
There are two characters that I don't have yet, but I have a strong reason not to pull them both.

Lamia: for some reason i have a feeling that lamia will be replaced by a stronger dps, possibly a tank in the next few patches.

Shukra: not to hate her, she just depends too much on many factors. while I have SS3 R2 wanshi which even exceeds expectations.

So, should I pull or should I hold?

First of all. You’re using this channel incorrectly. Mind that in the future.

Secondly. I mean its just three standard pulls. No biggie if you wanna let them expire. But alternatively, you can get the SS3 for someone who wants it (like pyroath)
If you want an actual meta pick, it’s still gonna be Qu, and then followed up by her weapon. You’re underestimating how strong she is for the ice team
