Lipsync issues on Ishmale Outro

hi, is this problem for me only or the animation lipsync for ishmael outro is not sync? (atleast in jp dub)

Same, JP dub too. Her voiceline starts far earlier than animation and lip flaps are still going after voiceline finished.
