you don't even need to save up anything to get chars from next patch
Lilith is free, so you can spend two patches worth of rewards (+ anni, i think?) just on Ishmael
even if you go into it with 0 BC, you can get enough to guarantee both with reasonable investment, and still have some stuff to spare DumbDawn
